Betty & Rick tied the knot at The Brazilian Court in Palm Beach. Betty got ready at Frédéric Fekkai Salon and Spa. It was then to the suite before meeting Rick for the first time! The flowers and décor were amazing thanks to Xquisite Events. A beautiful ceremony followed by a fabulous celebration late into the evening. Friends and family had fun making pictures in the photo booth and danced the evening away!

Hayley & James flew over from London to tie the knot at the Congregational Church in Coral Gables. Their day started on South Beach, James and his Groomsmen got ready at the South Beach Condo's whilst Hayley and her Bridal party got ready at the fabulous South Beach Ritz-Carlton. Their ceremony was beautiful, they departed the church and headed south to the Deering Estate where the setting was spectacular with amazing views.
The table settings and décor were fabulous thanks to Ocean Florist. The celebrating soon began and the dancing went late into the night!! It was then off to Bayside for a cruise aboard The Venetian for the party cruise.

Erin & Joey had a fabulous wedding in Islamorada. Their day started with getting ready at the Hawk's Cay Resort. Erin and her bridal party traveled by Limousine to the Cheeca Lodge Resort for a photo session. It was then off to the Morada Bay Café for a beautiful ceremony and celebration. Later on in the evening fireworks lit up the sky, a special surprise for Erin and Joey!

Photo Expedition - Machu Picchu, Peru

In a few weeks I will be travelling to Machu Picchu - "The Lost City of the Incas". The city lies at 2,400 metres above sea level, high in the Andes mountains, and is often shrouded in a mist of clouds. It was built in 1460, but abandoned and not discovered again until 1911. This mysterious site is a UNESCO World Heritage Site,
and was recently selected as one of the "New 7 Wonders of the World".

Natalie & Andrew tied the knot this past Saturday at Saint Demetrios Greek Orthodox Church in Fort Lauderdale. Guests arrived in on Sun Trolleys, and soon after Natalie appeared in a pure white Rolls Royce. The church was incredible – it had a beautiful, mural-painted ceiling that provided a colourful contrast
to the colours of the wedding party. It was an absolutely beautiful, traditional Greek orthodox ceremony. Then, it was off to the Riverside Hotel to capture the celebration with friends, family and one very happy couple!!!!

Fernanda & Sandy tied the knot this past Friday at the St. Patrick Church on Miami Beach. A truly beautiful day! They took off from the church in a classic 1974 Citroën and headed south to the Vizcaya. Upon arrival, cocktails were enjoyed along with breathtaking views. Their day continued to be one joyous celebration.
The rich landscaping and venetian architecture took form as Fernanda and Sandy’s private seclusion and
was shared with all their friends and family. The table arrangements were stunning and creative, with fine French cuisine. As the evening went on the music started and the dancing went on late into the night! After their wedding they headed off to the airport for a fantastic honeymoon in Morocco.

Congratulations Fernanda & Sandy! I really enjoyed capturing your wedding, you are the best!!!

Last year has been amazing...very busy with some great adventures. So this is what I've been up to since December:

Finished up the last of my weddings in December
Shipped out wedding albums
Got ready for the holidays, wrapping toys in the late hours seems to come to mind!
Parents flew in from South Africa
Christmas day opened presents followed by dinner
Boxing day party
Ate lots of holiday food and British delicacies
Went to South Beach
Flew up north for a quick photo shoot
Took a trip to Kennedy Space Center, very cool
Went to Seaworld
Saw some classic Corvettes
Got hooked on Noni...google it and you'll find out!
New gadgets and software for creating fabulous pictures
Another new Mac...what else would a photographer use
Went to Sanibel Island for the day, got attacked by the seagulls!
Took a trip across the Everglades, saw some alligators and a raccoon
